1) Roles & data control

sender.ae is built for businesses that run WhatsApp campaigns using an official WhatsApp Business API provider. In most cases, you are the Data Controller and sender.ae acts as the Data Processor. You decide what data is uploaded, what messages are sent, what workflows are enabled, and how leads are handled.

  • We process data only to provide the service.

We do not sell personal data and we do not claim ownership of your contact lists, conversations, or booking records.

2) Data we process

Customer data uploaded by you may include:

  • Names and phone numbers
  • Optional tags, notes, source labels, and segmentation fields
  • Campaign variables such as branch, service, offer, or language

Conversation and booking data may include:

  • Inbound WhatsApp message content
  • Lead qualification answers
  • Booking details such as service, preferred branch, date, time, urgency, and notes
  • Conversation and lead statuses such as delivered, replied, booked, or opted out

Platform and security data may include:

  • Account information, business details, and user access records
  • Login events, browser information, and security activity logs
  • Audit logs for actions like campaigns, exports, user changes, and webhook events

3) How data is used

We use data only to operate and improve sender.ae for your account.

  • Send WhatsApp template campaigns through your connected provider
  • Run AI-assisted conversations for replies, qualification, and booking capture
  • Display dashboards, reports, lead tables, and conversation timelines
  • Enable exports, webhooks, CRM delivery, and Google Sheets integrations you configure
  • Protect the platform using monitoring, abuse prevention, and security controls

4) Sharing & WhatsApp providers

sender.ae shares data only with service providers needed to operate the platform. This can include official WhatsApp Business API providers, cloud infrastructure providers, storage systems, monitoring tools, and backup services.

5) AI processing & human handoff

sender.ae can use AI to reply to inbound messages, ask qualification questions, capture structured lead details, and move the conversation toward booking or handoff.

  • AI can be configured based on your business services, branches, and workflows.
  • Authorized team members can review conversations and continue follow-up.
  • Human handoff can happen based on your rules or manual team action.

6) Retention & deletion

We keep data only for as long as needed to provide sender.ae, support your configured workflows, and meet legal or operational requirements.

  • You can delete contacts, campaigns, and conversation data based on platform capabilities and your plan.
  • Backups are protected and rotate over time.
  • Deleted data is removed from active systems and phased out from backups according to retention schedules.

7) Rights & requests

If an end-user requests access, correction, deletion, or other privacy action, that request should usually be handled by the business that contacted them. If you need technical assistance to complete a request, sender.ae can support you as a processor.

8) Cookies

sender.ae may use cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, security, performance, and product functionality. We do not use cookies to sell personal data or run third-party advertising networks.

9) Your responsibilities as a customer

To use sender.ae properly, you confirm that:

  • You have a lawful basis or valid permission to contact your audience
  • Your contact data was collected legally and fairly
  • You include clear opt-out instructions where required
  • You follow WhatsApp Business rules and applicable local requirements

10) WhatsApp STOP / opt-out policy

End-users can opt out by replying with STOP or similar keywords such as unsubscribe. Once opted out, they should not receive further promotional campaign messages unless they opt back in again.
